Vicky is a RIBA Chartered Architect and Chartered Architect Engineer in TEE-TCG (Technical Chamber of Greece). She joined Edgington Spink + Hyne in December 2018 as an Architectural Assistant.
She graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.Th.) in Architectural Engineering in 2014. After working as an intern in AETER Architects and as an Architect for two construction companies in Greece, she briefly explored both architectural design and construction.
Her passion for sustainability and wellbeing led her to pursue an Msc in Modern Building Design at the University of Bath. She was involved in low carbon and low energy design, BIM, and certifications such as BREEAM, LEED and WELL. She worked as a research assistant as part of the sustainability team of Hoare Lea in Bristol for a 3-month placement. She worked mostly on exploring ways of creating a framework to optimise the health and wellbeing of occupants in existing office buildings. After a successful academic career, she graduated in 2018 and wrote a scientific paper in collaboration with her academic and industrial supervisors.
Vicky has been involved in a wide range of projects including residential, educational, sports facilities and student accommodation.
