Eleanor is an Architectural Technologist and Associate Member of CIAT. She joined Edgington Spink & Hyne in July 2018 as an Architectural Assistant during her placement whilst studying at university.
During her time at Nottingham Trent University she developed skills in integrated research, design, technology and Building Information Modelling (BIM). Through her successful academic career she established an understanding for the environmental impacts of buildings, in terms of both human wellbeing and the creation of a sustainable built environment. In her final year studying she wrote a research paper investigating modern techniques for analysing and mitigating risks of pluvial flooding with her academic tutor.
She graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2020, a course accredited by the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). After completing her degree she returned to join the team at Edgington, Spink & Hyne where she continues to evolve her passion for architecture.
