Part I + 2 Architectural Assistants

The opportunity to work across a varied portfolio and
develop your professional skills, with full support to enable you to achieve Part 3 status and full qualification.
Suitable candidates should possess the following attributes:
• Knowledge and understanding of UK Planning and Building Regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD – Revit experience would be an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on a variety of projects
• Strong technical and detailing ability
• Co-ordinating design and construction information from contractors and suppliers

Architect

Edgington Spink + Hyne, based in Windsor is seeking a recently qualified architect, looking for their next career move to join our long-established practice with a growing portfolio of work, where they can themselves grow and be a significant part of the development of the business.

Experienced in working on both the design and delivery of projects, enthusiastic in their approach, successful applicants will have the opportunity to work on projects from concept through to completion, to develop client relationships and new business opportunities
Ideal candidates will have:
• a RIBA Part 3 qualification/ARB registration;
• enthusiastic, with 2-5 years work experience;
• a good drawing hand, strong design and presentation skills;
• the capability to collaborate, to innovate and to learn;
• Confident in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and a good working knowledge of Revit would be beneficial;
• knowledge of UK planning policies and building regulations.

Applicants should also have excellent technical, communication and organisational skills, and proven track record of detailed design and delivery of projects on site.

This is a full-time position, to start ASAP and all candidates should be eligible to work in the UK.

Technologist

We are looking for a motivated and conscientious Technologist with 2 years experience.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English must be to a high standard)
• Proficiency in Autocad and be fully conversant with UK Building Regulations and planning policies
• Design flair and presentation skills to be evident in a well-presented portfolio of work
• Previous practical experience in the UK
• Good working knowledge of BIM (Revit preferred) would be advantageous
• Own transport or living locally would be advantageous

A permanent employment contract will be offered to suitable candidates upon successful completion of the probation period. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
