David Minnis

David is an architect with over 20 years of experience within the UK, he has been involved in a wide range of new build and high quality refurbishment projects across various sectors including education and residential. He has established a strong concept towards clients and user requirements. His understanding of the design and user processes, technical knowledge, combined with management capabilities, ensures the successful development of buildings and environments which respond to the strategic needs and aspirations of the client and end-users.

David has worked as a masterplanner and architect across several projects which seek to redevelop underutilised land and assets to benefit the clients briefs. David will provide leadership and direction to the day to day architectural team, being a key point of contact on the project. He will work alongside the team and assist in setting up the project within an agreed brief, programme and deliverables plan, to meet both the clients brief and wider requirements and aspirations of the project.
