Martin Russell has been promoted to Associate Director, recognising the significant contribution he has made to the business and the key role he will continue to play in our future growth. His dedication, expertise and commitment have been instrumental in driving the company forward, and this promotion reflects both his achievements and our confidence in his ongoing leadership.
We’re also pleased to welcome Sian Lewis, who joins us as Associate. Sian will lead alongside our senior team as we establish and grow our new South Coast office in Southampton. Her experience and leadership will be central to building our presence in the region and delivering excellent service to our clients.
