The team will work with you to establish clear objectives and KPIs. Together we will review and challenge these regularly throughout design, build and post completion, resulting in buildings and spaces that both outperform original objectives and are on budget and to programme.
Our ambitious creative team, led by Richard Parsons and David Minnis, have the skills and experience to undertake projects across all sectors, including Education, Residential, Sports & Leisure, Heritage & Conservation, Community & Well-being and Master Planning and across both the public and private sectors, on small scale individual projects to large scale multi-faceted developments.
