Maidenhead Rowing Club

After long standing plans Maidenhead Rowing Club was relocated to a larger site on the opposite bank of the River Thames.

The Design and Build project with John Mowlem and Co Plc provided a large storage facility at river level, changing facilities etc, meeting room/Social Area with balcony overlooking the river. A stewards flat and Fitness Suite were included with the large roof volume of the building.

A traditional boathouse appearance of plain clay tiles, half timbered / rendered upper storeys and red/orange brick ground storey as appropriate and complimentary to the surroundings.
