The site which sits close to the train station is currently an office block. The feasibility work took this project through permitted development rights for the existing building, achieving 26 apartments through to a new build proposal of 70 apartments, which vary in type, size and tenure. Across the project, a unified material palette have been proposed to create a cohesive scheme that fits with its context and against the railway line.
