Pump House – LB Redbridge

“Positioned at a triptych juncture of water, rail and road the Pump House site sits at a key transitional arrival and departure point.”

The Pump House project regenerates a car park site that has suffered from anti-social behaviour and poor connectivity to the town centre. The project involved working closely with the Client, Local Council and the GLA to create a project that will positively activate the site and bring it into the town centre as a BTR residential development. The development is outwardly looking, and is a key focal point of arrival into  the town on the new Elizabeth line (Crossrail) and includes active frontages, visible amenity and landscape spaces from local and wider contexts, a mix of uses complement the residential offering of 239 apartments of which 35% will be affordable homes for local residents.
