Asset Audit and Masterplan
Edgingtons Architects were commissioned to undertake an Asset Audit for Pipers Corner School.
This work would focus on timetabling and academic room occupancies to understand how well each space is being used.
Analysis was then undertaken to review the locations of each classroom and specialist teaching space to identify whether any departments are disparate.
The Masterplan then focused on developing strategies to improve the efficiency and useage of the teaching departments while maintaining strong development of core subjects and related spaces.
