Edgingtons Architects are working with Stonebond in partnership with PineBridge Benson Elliot to deliver 50 high-quality new family homes at the King Edward VII Estate near Midhurst, West Sussex.
The Estate is home to the breathtaking Grade II listed former sanatorium which has been restored with a number of sensitively designed new homes delivered in the same grounds.
The new Stonebond homes will be located to the north of the historic buildings, surrounded by mature parkland and sweeping countryside.
Edgingtons are working on the Non Material Amendment to the 2012 planning application as well as the technical design at RIBA Stage 4, the project is anticipated to commence on site in January 2025.
