The Latitude projects regenerates a vacant office building in South London.
Working closely with the client and local authority, the scheme will positively activate the site. The 37 storey building provides a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed flats, totalling over 200 new homes. Edgingtons have progressed two schemes on this South London site. This includes Build to Rent and Co-Living.
