The scheme looks to provide 90 new homes, of which 100% are affordable. Set on the junction of Petersfield Road and Bartons Road, the development enhances the former SSE site with landscaping, play grounds and new cycle and pedestrian routes.

A mixture of 2-bed, 3-bed and 4-bed houses are situated across the site, along with an apartment block on the corner. The apartment block has 32 apartments, a combination of 1 and 2 bed’s. The scheme will provide much needed homes in Havant.
