Planning and Listed Building Consent for a roof refurbishment

107 Station Street is a Grade II Listed Building, formerly the Allsopps New Brewery.

The building has since been converted into offices providing 120,000 sq ft over three floor. Edgingtons were appointed to submit a planning and listed building application for the refurbishment of the Welsh slate roof. The proposed works are to repair the existing parapet and valley gutters on the roof of the former brewery building. These have been leaking, causing damage to the building fabric and disruption to the occupants. A robust method statement was produced outlining how the works would be undertaken to safeguard the Listed Building.
