Utilising a large derelict industrial estate site with four existing buildings, the proposal focused on the rejuvenation of the area to create a desirable commercial office development.

By keeping the super structure of the four existing buildings the project saved on construction cost but also aided the overall sustainability of the scheme. New facades, services, landscaping and parking were designed to give a more contemporary office aesthetic.
