One Croydon Park project reinvigorates a hotel site in Croydon that has suffered from anti-social behaviour and poor connectivity to the town centre.
We have worked closely with Telford Homes, LB Redbridge and the GLA to create a project that will positively activate the site and bring it into the town centre as a BTR residential development. The development is outwardly looking, it is not a gated community, it is a key focal point of arrival into Ilford on the new Elizabeth line (Crossrail) and includes active frontages, visible amenity and landscape spaces from local and wider contexts, a mix of uses which complement the residential offering of 239 apartments of which 35% will be affordable homes for Ilford residents.
